Responsibilities

  • Campaign support: Assist with planning, trafficking, and QA for integrated campaigns (social, digital, video, OLV, and select traditional).

  • Social media: Review copy, build content calendars, route assets for approvals, and support growth of MBUSA accounts.
  • Content production: Coordinate deliverables for photo/video shoots and short form content; support versioning for various platforms.
  • Measurement & insights: Analyze campaign performance, help build reports, and summarize learnings to inform optimization and creative iteration.
  • Market & competitor scanning: Monitor competitive activity, cultural trends, and platform shifts; compile POVs to inform messaging, targeting, and creative.
  • Cross functional collaboration: Partner with Media, Retail Marketing (Tier 3), Corporate Communications, and Legal to ensure alignment on messaging, measurement, and governance.
  • Agency/vendor coordination: Help route briefs and feedback to external agencies.
