Requirements

  • GCSEs – C / 4 grade or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)
  • Degree – On track to receive a BSc or MSc degree in Building Surveying (RICS accredited)

Responsibilities

  • You’ll get involved in real work from day one that will help clients achieve their ambitions. The work will vary depending on the team you are in but below are some of what you’ll experience:
  • Visiting sites to support Building Surveyor's inspections.
  • Assisting desktop survey research about sites
  • Helping with planning preventative maintenance plans
  • Assisting with the co-ordination of portfolio instructions and undertaking other duties from time to time as may be reasonably required.
