Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in college and pursing a Bachelor's degree in IT with a desire to be technical Business Analyst
  • Ability to work 20-40 hours weekly
  • Prior business analyst
  • Prior experience with procurement related tasks not required

Responsibilities

  • Provides assistance in maintaining and supporting SharePoint sites
  • Maintains and uploads contents in SharePoint site
  • Creates documentation and standard procedures of processes related to SharePoint maintenance
  • Have the aptitude to learn SharePoint through shadowing or self-initiated research in the internet
  • Performs minimal configure of SharePoint site webparts
  • Gathers and analyze department reports and information that contribute to the development of customer and supplier profiles
  • Assists in the creation of profile templates
  • Assists in the development data model and visualization
  • Comfortable in following up delvierables
