Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, with anticipated graduation date of May/June 2024
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles, such as sales, recruiting, and/or customer service
  • A track record of excellence and distinction, such as leadership roles, awards/scholarships, or other personal accomplishments
  • Excellent communication skills & professional phone presence
  • Driven to make an impact and exceed sales goals
  • Ability to work from our Scottsdale, AZ or Chicago, IL office
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for helping Paradox build relationships and drive business growth through new client acquisition. In this role, you will:
  • Become an expert on our product and HR technology industry
  • Use creative prospecting strategies to build a pipeline of potential customers (we call them clients)
  • Cultivate sales leads through consultative, strategic conversations
  • Connect with potential clients through outbound cold calling (60+ calls/day), emailing, and building professional connections
  • Nurture relationships with prospective clients over time through ongoing engagement
  • Book 5+ qualified meetings per week for our Account Executives
