Responsibilities

  • Framing decisions for leadership, articulating trade-offs, and providing evidence to support informed decision-making
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and working across Sales, Marketing, and Product to bring changes to life
  • Contributing to discussions with senior stakeholders to drive decision-making, communicate results, and develop solutions to business performance challenges
  • Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses to support strategic recommendations, prioritize initiatives, and inform decisions about where and how the organization invests to drive customer experience improvements, retention, and growth and efficiency
  • Building and maintaining relationships with cross-functional stakeholders in the context of driving growth and solving complex business problems
  • Contributing to operating model improvements and development of rigorous processes to enable effective decision making and information flow
