Requirements

  • The applicant must be a team player with a commitment to meeting deadlines and have an aptitude to thrive in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment. They will work with a cross-functional product development core team, aligning all aspects of engineering and operation execution to meet business goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Coursework or experience in Engineering program management
  • Strong understanding of program management fundamentals
  • Software design and development experience in C and Python
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills, including ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Basic understanding of semiconductor design
  • Ability to gather customer requirements, ideally through direct customer-facing experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop tools and methodologies to enable team to be more proactive and efficient
  • Tracks program execution and its day-to-day activities
  • Partners with engineering on design concepts, criteria and engineering efforts for product research, development, integration, and test
  • Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems, and obtains solutions, such as allocating resources or changing product specifications.
  • Help to manage multiple complex projects - work prioritization, planning and task delegation
  • Develop and update program schedules, coordinating cross-functional groups
  • Manage resource plans with managers
  • Propose and drive appropriate resolutions with diverse technical and non-technical groups
  • Manage the implementation tasks of the development and manufacturing teams to defined timelines
  • Act as an information bridge between senior management and team members
  • Prepare and present updates and project reviews
  • Negotiate, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus among team members
