  • Commit to working 15-20 hours per week
  • Previous experience preferred (school, internship, or professional)
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
  • Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy
  • A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Must be a self-motivated, flexible team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • C3 Experience department provides the ‘look and feel’ for C3 Presents festivals through working with décor, signage and onsite creative. This internship will provide an inside look into what it takes to bring all these elements together for a cohesive on-site experience for patrons, artists and staff.
  • LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
  • Understand and support the C3 Experience Director, Managers, and Coordinators on day to day operations including keeping meeting notes and administrative tasks.
  • Research projects as assigned to explore décor, signage and creative options to be utilized at and integrated into C3 Presents festivals and present to team.
  • Generate ideas and help brainstorm creative opportunities for on-site elements at festivals and events.
  • Assist in creating and drafting presentations including RFP’s, Creative Decks, Layouts and other design projects for the department.
  • Provide suggestions to C3 Experience Director and Manager for improving internal processes.
  • Learns and becomes proficient on internal systems including C3PO and MFA.
  • Assist in data entry and reports for department as needed.
