The candidate must be a full-time university student returning to their studies, have the right to work in the UK, be familiar with AutoCAD software and Microsoft Collaborative tools, read technical drawings, convert paper records to electronic formats, have attention to detail, and ideally, have experience in the Construction/Facilities Management industry.

The candidate will be responsible for organizing and maintaining building service records, converting paper records into electronic formats, establishing efficient foldering structures, streamlining data retrieval processes, categorizing old drawings, and assisting the Estates Team with administrative tasks.
