What qualifications do I need to apply for the CAMHS Practitioner and CYP-PT Therapy Trainee position?
You may be a nurse, social worker, occupational therapist, or another professional with experience in CAMHS or transferable skills.
Where will the successful candidates be based?
The position will be based at Lewisham CAMHS, specifically in the Under 5's Team as part of the Horizon, but candidates will also need to travel to Anna Freud in North London or KCL in South London for training.
What type of training will I receive as part of this role?
You will complete a post-graduate diploma through University College London while working in a multi-disciplinary clinical team.
Will I be expected to carry a clinical caseload?
Yes, you will be responsible for carrying a clinical caseload and delivering therapy according to your training modality.
