Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a field such as organizational psychology, human resources, behavioral science, change management, or other related fields.
Ability to develop and/or revise tactics to support changing business strategies and direction
Ability to synthesize data into meaningful conclusions and recommendations to business clients
Ability to effectively communicate change management concepts, tools, and techniques
Ability to perform in a fast paced, dynamic, and ambiguous business environment
Ability to work as part of a team, communicate and foster collaborative relationships
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Project)
Responsibilities
Increase Allstate s aptitude for change by collaborating with more senior team members to assess and recommend necessary behavioral and systemic changes to advance the transformation pf the company
Contribute hands-on change management support: develop change plans, implement tactics, and measure change readiness and impact
Develop and maintain change management plan drafts (e.g., Communications, Coaching, Sponsorship, Training, Resistance Management)
Support the defined milestones, measures of success, and implementation of activities
