Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficient in analytical and problem-solving skills, adept at extracting insights from data.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and contributing within a collaborative team setting.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging industry trends, perform competitor analyses, and uncover growth opportunities within our partner ecosystem.
  • Support data collection, analysis, and interpretation to facilitate informed decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to extract actionable insights from data, driving strategic initiatives in partner development.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards, tracking essential performance metrics, partner engagement, and sales pipeline analysis.
  • Work in tandem with cross-functional teams to ensure reporting accuracy and relevance.
  • Aid in devising success plans and strategies to empower our channel partners.
  • Engage in partner-focused activities, including communication, training facilitation, and coordinating resources.
  • Participate actively in account mapping exercises and external strategies to pinpoint potential partners and market segments.
  • Contribute to orchestrating programs and support the execution of Go-To-Market strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Administer feedback surveys, analyze results, and implement improvements to enhance partner programs and campaign effectiveness.
  • Assist in coordinating and executing marketing initiatives aligned with channel sales objectives.
