The candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering or an ABET accredited equivalent Engineering degree. They should have an interest in transportation project designs and have experience with Microstation, CAD, and Geopak. Good communication, self-motivation, and strong organizational skills, as well as solid relationship and team building skills, are also necessary.
