You will have the opportunity to participate in a two-day training session before starting, as well as access to an online learning platform.
Will I have a mentor during my time as a Visiting Associate?
Yes, you will be paired with a local BCG Buddy who will closely support you during your internship.
Is there a possibility of employment after the Climateship?
Yes, upon successful completion of the internship and if eligible, you may be considered for BCG's FAST FORWARD program, which could lead to a full-time offer.
