The ideal candidate for this Clinical Quality and Compliance Intern position at Spring health should have 0-2 years of professional development experience, a strong interest in healthcare quality and compliance, excellent organizational and analytical skills, effective communication abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with healthcare regulations and quality standards is a plus, and being comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments is beneficial. Salary range: $26/hr.

The clinical quality and compliance intern at Spring Health collaborates with the team to assess adherence to regulations, conduct internal audits, develop quality improvement initiatives, prepare reports, analyze data, and promote cross-functional collaboration.
