Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field with a current cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work with process documentation tools such as MS Visio, Draw.io and Lucid Chart are very helpful
  • Ability to understand and write SQL (Structured Query Language)
  • Academic or working knowledge of Agile principles and project management methodologies
  • Able to work both independently and as an integral member of a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Ability to work for the complete summer break (May - August or June - September).
  • Preference will be given to applicants who are currently in their Junior or Senior year of college.

Responsibilities

  • Support data quality and cleanup efforts by analyzing and rectifying discrepancies in various data sets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of detailed system documentation.
  • Contribute to the identification and implementation of process improvements.
  • Conduct data analysis to provide insight and support decision making processes.
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure system functionality.
  • Monitor and communicate the progress of work using Jira.
  • Collaborate with pertinent teams to facilitate the resolution of production issues.
