Responsibilities

  • Review information to ensure compliance with Ohio regulations for renewal of licensing
  • Prepare coursework, including copying, preparing presentations for printing
  • Create documents, such as registration confirmations, communications, and basic spreadsheets and presentations
  • Answer customer calls to assist with class registration
  • Compile crash statistics and other data
  • Assist with inventory tracking and incident reporting
  • Conduct basic research and summarize results
  • Community Outreach
