Requirements

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Python & AWS is mandatory
  • Knowledge of Spark is preferred
  • Required Skills:
  • Proficient in Python, with good knowledge of concurrent processing
  • Good to have Knowledge of developing ETL applications with spark and SQL
  • Good to have knowledge of data-engineering systems such as data lake, file-formats, batch & stream processing (Kafka). Databricks experience is a plus.
  • Good to have knowledge in application development using Docker, Kubernetes
  • Good to have knowledge with CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, Concourse
  • Graph DB knowledge is desired, but not necessary - Neptune/Neo4j
  • Knowledge of AWS ecosystem - S3, Lambda, EC2, EKS, Cloudwatch, Kinesis, SNS, SQS
  • Strong communication and debugging skills required
  • Good to have knowledge of GraphQL & Django
  • Preferred Majors: Computer Science Major
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from a United States-based college or university that has a cooperative learning track.
  • Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting April 1, 2024 through September 20, 2024.
  • Available to report in-person to the work location provided above.
  • 3.0 minimum cumulative GPA preferred.
