Requirements

  • Undergraduate major in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00
  • Rising seniors/current undergraduate students
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and time-sensitive deliverables with a high degree of quality and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills, work ethic, team-approach, and detail-orientation required.
  • Demonstrated interested in commercial real estate or banking through previous coursework, extracurricular involvement, or work/internship experience to be given additional consideration
  • To be eligible for this program, you must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree, with an expected graduation date between December 2024 and June 2025

Responsibilities

  • Support various projects for the Commercial Real Estate Lending group.
  • Assist in underwriting of live transactions. This may include market research, completing comparable transaction analyses, and Sponsor due diligence.
  • Preparation of internal memos and approval documents alongside relationship managers.
  • Perform market research and financial research regarding real estate transactions, supply, demand, and market trends.
  • Assist with collecting and organizing various data to support portfolio-wide analyses.
  • Special projects related to strategic initiatives to be determined based on needs of team at time of internship.
