Requirements

Requirements:
Must be actively enrolled as an incoming Junior – Senior in a relevant Bachelor’s program (See Desired Skills).
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office products & remote meeting software
Must have availability for the full 10-week program as space is limited
Must be a self-starter, highly passionate & detail oriented
Active ability to problem solve & communicate effectively
Knowledge and passion for our brand is a plus!
Desired Skills:
Area of Study: Media/ Multimedia, Communications, Graphic Design or similar
Creative: Multimedia Content Strategy & Creation, Copywriting, Graphic Design
Technical: Video & Audio Editing, Content Management
Leadership: Content Strategy, Project Management, Stakeholder Engagement
Highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

Over the course of 13 weeks, the Multimedia Content intern will serve as a content journalist – scoping out and documenting the people and stories that bring our brand and values to life. They’ll leverage graphic design, photography, videography and storytelling to create a content library that can be tapped to connect crew members to our business, our culture and each other. Content will be used across multiple channels, and may extend to external audiences (e.g. Talent Acquisition). Additionally, they’ll create templates and resources to be leveraged beyond the end of the internship.

Create Resources & Process Guides for Ongoing Content Creation
