Responsibilities

  • Assist with media relations, and special projects like digital newsletter development and creative brainstorming
  • Publicity and promo support, including shadowing and learning how to build media interview schedule and manage artist promo/interviews virtually or in person
  • Discover and track social media trends, sharing insights with the team
  • Compile campaign reports using CreatorCore for organic and paid sound campaigns
  • Prepare artist press coverage reports and digital press kits, and building a general understanding of how to report campaign results, managing relationships with artist teams, media members and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and add new creators to the CreatorCore database, updating profiles with necessary information
  • Use MelodyIQ to track sound campaigns and integrate relevant posts into reports
  • Highlight new trends for artists in the CreatorStrategy Slack channel
  • Assist in measuring and analyzing campaign performance, noting engagement metrics and gaps
  • Take notes in team meetings and participate in artist brainstorms, sharing relevant ideas
  • Support the Creator Strategy team during artist content days and other in-person opportunities
  • Build a broad understanding of communications coordination, media monitoring, and press release editing
