Requirements

Be a penultimate year university student, studying a related course on track for a 2:1
Have a keen and demonstrable interest in Communications
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrate a willingness to learn how to draft engaging and informative communications
Possess strong organisational skills and a demonstrated ability to work independently focusing on priorities, and managing a high-volume of tasks, deadlines, requirements, and decisions
Have impecible attention to detail and good proof-reading skills
Be collaborative and enjoy working in a close knit team

Responsibilities

Support the Communications team in successfully executing and delivering effective communications across our core businesses.
Provide support to the team by monitoring the team mailbox, updating the content calendar, writing reports and drafting responses as well as providing support for any other appropriate administration tasks.
Assist in drafting content for multiple channels, including: emails, newsletters, our intranet (the Hub), news stories, MS Teams updates and multimedia content (e.g. videos).
Contribute to the planning and delivery of in-person and virtual colleague events.
Support with reporting of key metrics and feedback across channels and touchpoints.
