Requirements

  • Pursuing a relevant undergraduate or graduate program, pursuing a degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to think creatively and contribute innovative ideas to communication strategies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Ways to stand out from the crowd:
  • Experience in sales, sales enablement, marketing or education services.
  • Experience building communication strategies and programs at an org level
  • Understanding of GPUs, Accelerated Computing and/or Artificial Intelligence.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, staandard methodologies, and potential opportunities for communication program development.
  • Analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of current communication strategies.
  • Assist in the creation of engaging and compelling content for various communication channels, including weekly emails, newsletters, and website updates.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop content that aligns with organizational goals and resonates with target audiences.
  • Contribute to the planning and coordination of communication programs and campaigns.
  • Assist in developing timelines, goals, and key performance indicators for program success.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to capture information, share updates, and ensure alignment on communication strategies.
  • Communicate optimally with internal and external stakeholders.
