Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a 4 year degree program and returning to the program after the completion of the internship, graduating by June 2024
  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Management Information Systems, Marketing, or similar
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Project collaboration experience
  • Experience diagnosing customer needs and translating those needs into relevant solutions
  • Able to commit to a 12 week full-time (40hrs/week) internship during Summer 2024

Responsibilities

  • Learn the skills to become a Community Programs specialist
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure Community Leader and member satisfaction
  • Develop an understanding of the Community leader journey from sourcing through to activation
  • Identify main metrics for a Leader's success and driving Atlassian value
  • Learn how to remove hurdles and deliver value through proactive and programmatic user engagement
  • Build respect & trust with our community, Leaders, internal/external teams, partners and vendors.
  • Participate in ideation of projects/programs and execute on strategy to enhance our program quality and expand our offerings
  • Ensure the community is a welcoming and inclusive place for all members.
