The candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, mathematics, or human resources, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication and intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills.

The Compensation Intern at NAPA Auto Parts will be responsible for analyzing job and compensation data, benchmarking positions, preparing salary scales, implementing job analysis instruments, and gathering and assessing market-based compensation data.
