The candidate must be studying HR, finance/accounting or related discipline at an accredited university/college, have a 3.0 GPA, preferably be a rising Senior or current Junior/Sophomore, and have previous internship experiences.

The candidate will be assigned functional-based key projects, attend weekly executive speaker series, and present their findings to site leadership, demonstrating critical thinking and business acumen.
