Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Employee and firm trading analysis
  • Regulatory exception report monitoring and escalation
  • Maintaining stockholder information and records
  • Conducting customer research
  • Documenting procedures
  • Liaising on international compliance matters (Canada, Europe and Asia)
  • Various administrative duties as needed
