Requirements

  • Currently pursing a Bachelors Degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in NGS data analysis.
  • Experience programming with Python, R or other programming language
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies (such as AWS)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimize current lenti pooled screens NGS analysis pipeline.
  • Generate QC report and editing summary for the biologists in wet lab.
  • Develop computational approaches to learn complex data relationships and data-driven insights.
