  • Making: You’ve been a part of building something – a campaign, a video series, a podcast, a nonprofit. You understand how to collaborate to make progress while keeping a larger vision in mind.
  • Resilience: You’re able to make a difference for projects, even when things don’t go perfectly.
  • Creative sensitivity: You have a perspective on what good creative looks and feels like.
  • What You Have in Your Background:
  • Demonstrated passion for digital and its opportunities for building impactful campaigns
  • Direct contributions to brand-building digital work – can be as an intern, in school projects, or a passion project
  • Experience collaborating effectively

Responsibilities

  • Diagnosing what makes work great: Competitive analysis, tracking down great work from related industries to inform briefings, client reports, and department point-of-view briefs
  • Building the foundation for smart strategies: Using digital research tools (Pulsar, Affinio, Helixa) to build context for strategic recommendations
  • Creator identification: Identifying high-potential creators for brand partnerships
  • Performance analysis: Pulling insights out of campaign data (media analytics, web analytics, social performance data)
  • Staying abreast of Internet culture: Contributing to ongoing tracking studies that identify nuanced cultural trends occurring across the social web
