The position being offered is a Construction Project Manager Intern or Co-op for Summer 2025.

What type of work will the intern/co-op be involved in?
The intern/co-op will assist Project Managers with various tasks including estimating project costs, scheduling, attending design meetings, managing buyout processes, submitting permits, reviewing shop drawings, handling billing, and conducting job site visits.
What qualifications are required for this internship/co-op?
Candidates should have a minimum GPA of 3.0, be enrolled in a Civil, Architectural, Construction Engineering, or Construction Management degree program, and preferably have prior co-op or intern experience in construction.
