Requirements

Currently on target for a 2.1 honours degree or higher
Right to work in Republic of Ireland essential
A high level of self-motivation and commitment
The ability to analyze and work through complex problems
Demonstrated leadership, creative problem solving and strong verbal and written communication skills
Flexibility, resilience, and intellectual curiosity
A proactive approach to work
Ability to collaborate and work well within a team environment
The ability to learn quickly
Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage change
Technical skills:
RDBMS (Sybase, Oracle), Unix / NT / LINUX operating systems would be beneficial

Responsibilities

Analyze customer business processes and assist product owners in building a product backlog
Collaborate with the Development and Testing teams to deliver new product evolutions to customers
Develop business and technical expertise in platform, industry and process knowledge to support Murex business solutions and services
Professionally manage relationships with customers and intermediaries.
Provide assistance with production support and post-implementation software upgrades
