Requirements

Ability and willingness to review data and check for accuracy
Ability to write and follow through on instructions of documenting process steps
Ability and desire to learn new software systems (no prior experience needed, there will be training provided by VC)
No prior experience needed
Ability to think on their feet
Experience with Workday and Salesforce will be helpful
Junior or Senior Undergraduate student majoring in Business, Mass Communications, Sales, Marketing, or related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0
Positive, professional individual with a desire to learn and be successful in business development and Sales
Highly organized and a self-starter
Strong ability to be flexible and multi-task
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, LinkedIn Sales Nav a plus

Responsibilities

Assist with testing of key features and functionality of new Workday rollout
Assist with documenting new processes and procedures associated with Workday rollout as it relates to Vertex Consulting
Assist with testing of new reports generated from Workday and Salesforce to ensure accuracy
Assist with cleaning up of data currently in Salesforce, by following up with Practice Leaders and Client Engagement Specialists
Review certain dashboard data and research how this compares to other consulting organizations
