Requirements

  • You could be a good fit for this role if you:
  • Are in your Junior year of an undergraduate program or within 2 years of graduating from a Masters program (required).
  • Have a Media, Data Analytics or Business background.
  • Willing to relocate to Cincinnati, OH
  • Have strong analytical skills, using multiple data sources. A statistical qualification is not required, but comfort with data analysis is essential.
  • Are engaged in extra-curricular activities and/or employment, with a growth mindset, team orientation, a “can-do” attitude, and the ability to deliver breakthrough results.
  • Have creativity, innovation, initiative, follow-through, & strong communication.
  • Have the ability to contribute and influence across levels and functions.
  • Are in good academic standing.

Responsibilities

  • Working in media at P&G means being more than just an expert media planner or buyer, it means designing, influencing and implementing media decisions that are directly in service of business goals. We leverage the best people and capabilities in marketing, analytics and purchasing and connect those with media planning and buying experts to maximize outcomes. We answer questions like: How do we reach as many relevant consumers as possible as effectively as possible at the best cost? Where are consumers spending their time with media today? Are these environments where we can deliver our crucial messages to them? How can we help move consumers through the path to purchase from awareness to consideration to purchase? How can influence media suppliers to develop the capabilities we need? How can we partner with internal brand and communications and external agency partners to make sure we have creative that meets consumer expectations and best marries the creative ideas with media placements?
  • As a Media intern at P&G you will be an immediate contributor to our in-house media teams and gain hands on experience. You will have the opportunity to both explore media as a career and gain exposure to how our business works. Your key to success will be your ability to build on and combine soft skills with technical media skills and expertise to make recommendations and drive actions.
