Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute CRM & Paid Media strategies that align with business objectives
  • Work with the CRM Manager to design and implement targeted email campaigns, loyalty initiatives, and customer segmentation strategies to optimise consumer engagement and drive retention
  • Support in driving our omnichannel and personalisation ambitions through 1:1 in-store outreach. Supporting with templates and communications; working closely with Local Market teams
  • Develop and launch initiatives to drive database growth and consumer reachability
  • Utilise our CRM & Media reporting platforms (Looker, Google Analytics & Bloomreach) to analyse business performance and identify growth opportunities, trends, and changes in consumer behaviour
  • Work with the Paid Media Manager to support the Paid Media agency (briefing, optimising and reporting on campaigns)
  • Working with key Social tech partners (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest etc.) on ensuring best in class campaigns, including creating regular creative analysis of existing campaigns to optimise for the future
