The ideal candidate for the Continuous Improvement Engineering Intern position at Shield AI in Summer 2024 should be an undergraduate, graduate, or PhD student expected to graduate in late 2024 or early 2025. They should be pursuing a degree in engineering, operations, or another analytical field, with experience in process analysis, data collection, and optimization. Preferred qualifications include previous internship or research experience and familiarity with lean concepts.

The Continuous Improvement Engineering Intern at Shield AI will be responsible for identifying and improving an area of the V-BAT production line, developing and implementing improvement plans, and reporting data on the realized improvements.
