The ideal candidate for the Corporate Intern - Business System Analyst position at First Citizens Bank must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, enrolled as a Junior, Senior, or in a Master's program. They should have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of experience or be currently enrolled at an accredited collegiate institution. A preferred qualification is a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

The candidate will act as a corporate intern at First Citizens Bank, assigned to a manager and mentor, participating in training and networking events. They will be responsible for analyzing business systems, drafting requirements and technical designs, conducting testing, and creating implementation plans. They will also work on a project to improve a defined process within the bank's IT function and present their accomplishments to key leaders.
