Requirements

  • Outstanding written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills required.
  • The ability to multi-task, stay organized and pivot, when necessary, while tracking multiple projects at once.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment and the ability to work unsupervised as necessary.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and solve problems quickly.
  • A positive and gracious attitude, personable.
  • A can-do outlook, including ability to step up in for a team member at any time.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with the Benevity software
  • Experience working in Airtable
  • Knowledge/passion for social impact/corporate social responsibility
  • Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university degree program for the full duration of the internship (proof of enrollment required)
  • Must be a rising Junior or Senior Student (18 years or older)
  • Must be in academic good standing (3.0 or above GPA)
  • Warner Bros. Discovery will only consider candidates who are presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who will not require work visa sponsorship from Warner Bros. Discovery now or in the future in order to retain their authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Charitable vetting and contributions support. Research, analyze and recommend charities for partnerships or as needed
  • Provide program management support for employee-focused social impact initiatives, including volunteering and company-wide campaigns
  • Work with non-profit partners on sponsorship fulfillment, including tribute ads, identifying guest lists and sharing opportunities with employees
  • Admin tasks as necessary
  • Help track and report on WBD skills training and career pathways initiatives
