Requirements

  • Actively pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, having completed junior year of an undergraduate program.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous work or internship experience.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • High attention to detail, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products

Responsibilities

  • Assist with federal income tax return preparation, as well as state income and franchise tax return preparation.
  • Provide support for quarterly tax provision and miscellaneous tax filings.
  • Analyze financial data and assist with tax audits.
  • Research notices from tax authorities.
  • Perform depreciation reconciliations and calculations.
  • Conduct analysis of tax planning opportunities based upon enacted legislation.
  • Provide ad hoc and project support as needed.
