Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution with a focus in Media, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines.
  • Team first, positive, people-oriented, and energetic attitude.
  • Knowledge and interest in creative studio, account, and project management workflows.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an asset with flexibility for event-based work.
  • Familiarity with sports an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and resource tracking of project briefs in the Workfront project management system.
  • Complete tasks and responsibilities for the creative studio and account managers as assigned to keep projects on track.
  • Assist in email communication to the full internal studio group, including designers, producers, and editors to establish plans including deadlines for content approvals and workback schedules.
  • Manage email communications within MLSE departments and external vendors when necessary.
  • Attend production shoots to gain hands-on training and experience.
  • Assist with the coordination of physical production as the need arises.
  • Shadow Designers and Art Directors through campaign concepts to deliver.
