Requirements

  • You must be a recent university graduate, having graduated no earlier than July 2022.
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing ecosystem, working with channels such as Social, Display, YouTube, Search, Native and Discovery.
  • Hands-on with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and ask questions.
  • Knowledge of digital creative assets: specs, best practice, creative guidelines.
  • Strong communication skill and experience presenting data.
  • Experience in or knowledge of dynamic creative optimisation tools such as Smartly, Google Web Designer and dynamic creative optimisation and feed management is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Creative team/ACQ team/Global buying team to populate the feed and communicate with internal teams to streamline workflow and asset delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain essential documents (specs, process, workflow, best practice, taxonomy).
  • Manage the Media Drive & Smartly Library housing all creative files for trafficking.
  • Check assets for specs, correct dimensions, and file formats.
  • Generate file naming conventions essential for performance measurement.
  • Traffic and deliver final files to automation platform or media team.
  • Confirm campaign launch has gone live.
  • Supporting the broader subscriber acquisition on projects to help development & learning.

  • Stage 4: Assessment Centres & Interviews will take place May-June.
