  • - A grade 5 GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English
  • - You’ll be highly organised with the ability to work to strict deadlines
  • - You’ll be numerate, methodical with great attention to detail
  • - The ability to deal with a wide range of internal and external clients in a polite and professional manner is essential
  • - You’ll be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • - You’ll be IT literate and able to use Microsoft Word, Outlook and particularly Excel, to capture data and generate reports
  • - Some work experience in business or an accountancy practice is desirable, but an aptitude for the work is more important
  • - You’ll have an investigative and problem-solving nature

Responsibilities

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • - Liaise with colleagues regarding individual debts and getting advice from them on the best course of action
  • - Identify slow moving accounts and escalating them for case management
  • - Ensure an accurate record of progress is maintained
  • - Support the identification of receipts to invoices and credit notes
  • - Provide a professional and efficient service to internal and external customers
  • - Undertake general administration work, such as filing, photocopying etc
