The programme is scheduled for April 9th – 10th, 2025.

Participants can expect seminars and workshops on financial services, breakout sessions relevant to their business area, networking opportunities with senior leaders and current graduates, and the chance to be assessed for the 2026 summer internship on the second day.
What degree disciplines are eligible for applicants?
Students from any degree discipline are encouraged to apply.
What are the key qualities sought in applicants?
Applicants should be curious about how a global bank operates in a constantly evolving environment, and they are especially encouraged to apply if they identify with any of the 6 Intersectional DE&I agendas, which include Disability, Gender, LGBT+, Multicultural, Multigenerational, and Socio-Economic.
Is visa sponsorship provided for the Insight Programme?
No, Barclays does not provide sponsorship to attend the 2-day insight programme, but they will accept applications from candidates who require visa sponsorship to work in the UK for the 2026 Summer Internship Programme.
