Requirements

  • Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience in marketing, analytical or technological fields.
  • Enjoy looking at data and crafting a story out of it.
  • You’re a tech geek with a high desire to learn online advertising!
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and prioritize time.
  • Comfortable working with team members at all levels.
  • Proven attentiveness to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Basic understanding of JavaScript and HTML (coding skills not necessary).
  • Education:
  • Currently enrolled as a Senior or higher, or have graduated within the past 6 months from an accredited college/university earning a degree majoring in Marketing, Digital Media, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Analytics or related field.
  • Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:
  • Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR have graduated from a college/university within 6 months at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program.
  • Must possess unrestricted work authorization.
  • Additional Information:
  • Must be able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship.
  • The approximate dates of this internship are June 2024 through January 2025.
  • Must provide own housing for the duration of the program in the Glendale, CA area.
  • Must have reliable transportation to/from work.

Responsibilities

  • Interns with our team will have the opportunity to learn how digital ad trafficking, campaign setup, reporting, and optimizations are implemented and tracked across multiple lines of business. As a member of our team you will:
  • Assist in the launch, optimization, and reporting of data for campaigns we manage.
  • Participate in testing core components and perform analyses of online campaigns to uncover stories within the data.
  • Keep current on the Digital Media industry and propose new insights to further improve marketing campaign tactics.
