Requirements

  • The ideal candidate for this internship should be a current Junior or Senior currently enrolled in a project management, transportation management, business, or related degree, demonstrating strong organizational abilities, acute attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Capacity to effectively prioritize tasks, ensuring efficient project management and successful task completion within a dynamic environment are must-haves!
  • Grad students or recent grads within the past year will also be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Our Project Management Intern will oversee various aspects of the Digital Information Device project, including procurement coordination, installation planning and documentation, configuration request fulfillment, administrative support, post-installation documentation, and device troubleshooting. They will efficiently coordinate procurement activities, plan installation tasks, and maintain accurate documentation. Additionally, they will assist in fulfilling configuration requests, provide essential administrative support, ensure post-installation documentation accuracy, and collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot device issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruptions to project activities.
