Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex agreements.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with different teams.
Proficiency in research methods to identify and evaluate AI tools.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Duration:
Full-time for the duration of the summer, with the possibility of a project at the end of the term to summarize key findings and provide recommendations for ongoing improvements.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with SalesOps and the Customer Growth and Experience organization to review customer agreements.
Identify and catalog outlier terms within these agreements.
Develop tactics to meet our obligations or work with customers to revise them.
Research AI tools to accelerate the identification of outlier terms while maintaining customer agreement privacy.
Analyze customer data (e.g., Customer Lifetime Value) if time allows.
