ROC uses analytics and automation to optimize processes related to production across the business.</li><li>The core goals of ROC are to improve key performance indicators by queue &amp; service level agreement optimization, performance reporting via analytics &amp; dashboards, advanced modeling for decision making, proactive analytical recommendations, and process optimization. The ROC Intern will assist with continuous improvement of processes and analytics that enables customers to be more self-sufficient using tools such as Tableau and Excel.</li></ul>
