Requirements

  • Must be a current student at junior level pursuing Bachelor’s in Cybersecurity, IT or Computer Science or related field
  • Experience with IT security
  • Familiar with Data security and related concept/technologies
  • Familiar with creating process/data flow diagrams
  • Proficient in Microsoft office tools/programs, Google suite
  • Self-starters who are results-oriented, resourceful, analytical, innovative, intellectually curious
  • Excellent written and verbal skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Quick learner who thrives in a fast paced environment, ability to adapt to change and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the data protection programs
  • Create/Improve technical security documents including data/process/systems flow diagrams related to various systems and services across RingCentral
  • Create security documentation that can be customer friendly i.e. external/customer facing
  • Collaborate with our Security Technical Team and gather multiple technical functional documents from multiple sources and create summary documents and presentations
