Requirements

  • You must possess the below requirements to be initially considered for this position.
  • Preferred qualifications are in addition to the requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
  • Knowledge and/or experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork and/or classes and/or research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.
  • Minimal Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled in Master's program in Computer Science or higher, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong programming skills in Python, JMP, Java Scripting, C#, VB.
  • Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures and database fundamentals
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills and program management skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop new optical metrology or other tooling and/or machining development through new sensor development, algorithm improvements as well as creative hardware change.
  • Responsibilities may be quite diverse of a nonexempt technical nature.
  • U.S. experience and education requirements will vary significantly depending on the unique needs of the job.
  • Job assignments are usually for the summer or for short periods during breaks from school.
