Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher with an expectation that you will complete your most recent full-time degree program by August 2026 or earlier (for example: If you are graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in May 2025 and are also currently enrolled in a full-time Master’s degree program with an expected graduation date of May 2026, then your most recent full-time degree program is your Master’s degree)
  • Must be continuing in the same course of study of your most recent full-time degree program following completion of the internship
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or higher in Interaction Design, Communication Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science (with Human-Computer Interaction focus), or in a design-related field or closely related discipline
  • Graduate degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or Design with experience as a UX practitioner
  • At least 2 years of experience with standard digital design tools (Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Omnigraffle, Balsamiq, Axure)
  • A Design Portfolio that demonstrates experience working on projects from discovery through implementation & iteration

Responsibilities

  • Advocate for and be the voice of the customer in our design and development process
  • Collaborate with data analysts, product managers, and other designers on research, strategy, ideation, design, and testing of new product concepts
  • Present research findings and design concepts with various audience types from sophisticated design experts to non-designers
  • Exercise our values of humanity, simplicity, and ingenuity throughout your work
  • Translate user needs, style guides, technology and business requirements into elegant design solutions
  • Participate as a fully empowered member of a diverse and passionate team, including other interns from design, development, and product management

Yes, this is a full-time paid internship.

Do I need to be located in the U.S. to participate in this internship?

Yes, participation requires that you are located in the continental United States and attend in-person at your assigned location.

When will interns be evaluated for full-time positions?

Interns will be evaluated for a full-time position within our rotational programs, with start dates six months to one year following the completion of the internship.

What academic qualifications are required for this internship?

You must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher, with an expectation to complete your most recent full-time degree program by August 2026 or earlier.

What are the preferred fields of study for this internship?

Preferred fields of study include Interaction Design, Communication Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science (with Human-Computer Interaction focus), or closely related design disciplines.

Is experience with design tools required for this internship?

Yes, at least two years of experience with standard digital design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Omnigraffle, Balsamiq, and Axure is preferred.
