Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 4+ years
  • Construction and/or Engineering Consulting industry experience preferred
  • Knowledge of business English, spelling and punctuation
  • Skill in composition and accurate production of correspondence, reports and other documents and materials
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including writing and verbal skills to interface effectively with all levels of leadership and staff
  • Ability to work efficiently and possess excellent time management skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Detail oriented

Responsibilities

  • Supports Design Managers in the day-to-day operations of their projects
  • Coordinates with Design Managers to prioritize, plan, schedule, and organize meetings and other project activities
  • Proactively identifies opportunities to take ownership of tasks from Design Managers day-to-day activities – including making suggestions to improve workflows and task completion
  • Assists with positive, timely, professional communication and presentations for key internal and external stakeholders – especially in support of presentations for recurring project meetings
  • Attends project meetings, records and posts meeting notes
  • Assists is preparing project KPIs and other information in preparation for project meetings and deliverable tracking
  • Assists with tracking and expediting project design deliverables and SDC deliverables
  • Document gathering, organizing and transmitting in support of project team and project objectives
  • Expedite project deliverables and update Design Deliverables Schedule (DDS) accordingly
  • Provides Back-up/support to other administrative staff as required
  • Provides on-boarding support and assistance for newly hired personnel as well as staff newly assigned to a project
  • Assist in project close-out
  • Other duties as assigned
