Requirements

  • We recruit students and graduates who are intelligent and adaptable with excellent communication skills. They have degrees in many different disciplines. Even though good levels of numeracy are important for some roles, you won’t necessarily need a formal mathematical or financial background. Our comprehensive training program will give you all the technical knowledge you’ll need to build a career with us.
  • Please note that to apply for our 2024 Internship Program you must be graduating between December 2024 – May 2025.

Responsibilities

  • Your day-to-day tasks will vary depending on your role; you might be evaluating a client’s credit risk profile, performing property market research, modelling property cashflows, or preparing loan materials and reports. Your learning curve will be steep as you get involved in current deals and interact with various teams involved in the loan origination process, you’ll enjoy plenty of support from managers and mentors, along with unparalleled global exposure.
